Learning in Action

AiLun designs and facilitates learning experiences that create the conditions for individuals, teams, and institutions to flourish autonomously and in community.

  • Learning in Community: Engage key stakeholders to build community, define and extend community care, and to drive toward collective action.

  • Learning through Play: Engage key stakeholders to develop team cohesion, align on guiding principles, conduct landscape analysis, streamline workflows, or achieve other enterprise level priorities through the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) Workshops
Highly customized workshops that utilizes LEGO® bricks and “hand learning” to engage key stakeholders to think, communicate, and problem-solve together. The LSP methodology is built upon a process which stems from the heart of LEGO elements and using the LEGO building system as three-dimensional models of business issues and challenges.
